Charging Crystals Under the Moon

Hi fellas,

For some reason, the crystal community is madly in love with the moon, especially when the new moon and the full moon come.

There are a lot of things that you can do on the full moon like a full moon meditation or ritual.

Where we set new intentions and bask in the moonlight.

However, I had this question come from a Pretland subscriber about new/full moons.

“Hey Jenny, can you charge crystals under the new moon? Or just full moon? Thanks.”

Guess what, the answer is both.

You can charge and cleanse crystals any time but the full moon phase is the most powerful because of the energy everywhere.

Moonlight energies work well for facilitating transitions, like breakups or moving from one home to another, or for situations where you need to self-reflect quietly.

For myself, I enjoy it because of the peaceful and divine atmosphere so it helps me to focus better on setting intentions.

In brief, the full moon brings waning energy, which is an energy of release as the full moon shrinks into the blackness of the new moon.

The new moon (when the moon cannot be seen and is at the beginning of its journey to enlarge into a full moon) brings an energy of growth.

Also, when it comes to crystals during the new/full moon, I recommend using some of the crystals below.
