This has led to a recession as people fear losing their jobs and not being able to provide for their families during these tough times.

And as people are becoming more anxious and depressed, this has resulted in many looking for alternative ways of coping with stress.

Such as meditation and yoga. 

However, a Bloomberg article has pointed out that a market is booming during this period and even outshining the popular diamond market in the jewelry industry.

Spiritual crystals have existed for millions of years, being formed from the earth's crust over a long period. They’re said to vibrate with positive energy and can help remove the body and mind of negative energy for physical and emotional benefits. Which is exactly what most people need during these times of distress.

But the fact that religions with a huge following like Hinduism and Buddhism promote crystal healing in their teachings shows that it is not a new concept.
