Now I know what some of you might be thinking.
What is the evil eye?
This strange term stems back to ancient times.
In an ancient Greek romance novel, the author wrote.
“When anyone looks at what is excellent with an envious eye he fills the surrounding atmosphere with a pernicious quality.
And transmits his own envenomed exhalations into whatever is nearest to him.”
Which means that when somebody is envious of someone else, it can breed evil energy that is harmful to others.
But did you know that there are two versions of the evil eye?
One version is an amulet that wards off the other version, a curse transmitted through a malicious glare inspired by envy.
There are many cross-references of this curse in many cultures all over the world.
From the petrifying gaze of Greek gorgons to Irish folktales of men able to bewitch horses with a single stare.
And the famous Medusa who can turn anyone into stone by looking into her eyes.
But what can we do to protect ourselves from this curse?
Well, we can depend on our crystals of course.
Here are the three crystals that can protect ourselves from evil energy and negativity.
- Black Tourmaline
Black Tourmaline is one of my favorite protection crystals. It not only removes negative energy, but changes it to positive energy. It has an excellent effect on your well being . It is a strong grounding stone , protects from psychic attack, and negative entities .
Also, did you know Ancient magicians relied upon Black Tourmaline to protect them from earth demons as they cast their spells?
- Amethyst
Amethyst is no doubt, one of my favorite crystals in general.
They are perfect for almost every situation.
From helping you to meditate better, sleep better and even soothing your emotional stress.
It also enhances intuition and psychic ability by making a clear connection between earth and the spirit world.
While protecting you from negative entities.
- Lapis Lazuli
Lapis Lazuli is another beautiful blue crystal to ward off negative energy.
As a protection stone, Lapis Lazuli protects from psychic and physical attacks.
It can be used in protection grids, worn, or carried to bring these protection energies.
It can also be used for protection of an environment when placed in the four corners of a room.
But I like to wear it as a bracelet so it can complement well with my outfit whenever I leave my house.
With these three crystal guardians to protect you, you do not need to fear the evil eye any longer.
Besides, I am sure we have more things to worry about other than this ancient curse.
What matters the most is to always meditate and have faith that your crystal and higher spirits will protect you wherever you go.
