4. You will see your cart page. Please check your products and quantity information. Then, click the "Check Out" button.
(If you would like to buy them with Paypal or GPay, you will see buttons under the product list. In those cases, click the button you desired, and fill the form on the new page.)
5. Please fill the form (contact and shipping information). Enter your discount code if it is available on the right-hand side. Then, click the "Continue to Shipping" button.
6. Check your all info and select your shipping method. Then, click the "Continue to Payment" button.
7. Fill in your credit card information. Then, click the "Pay Now" button.
8. Congratulations! You have a new spiritual crystal.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent when your product is shipped. If you received an email about your order status, you can find your tracking number in the email. Then, go to our tracking portal, simply enter your code and see where it is.

Processing time differs from product to product. All Pretland products are handmade to order. Therefore, some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while custom orders may take 9-18 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page.

Please be sure that all shipments are insured and risk-free. The shipping cost varies depending on the country to ship, and shipping options. We offer insured shipping and express shipping options for the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Express shipping is not available for international for now but please don't be sad. We have various craftsmen and warehouses in different states of the US. Therefore, each crystal and jewelry may be made in different states of the USA. We don't want to keep you waiting while other crystals are prepared for you. That's why we ship them in several packages.
If you receive a package with missing products, no worries! Others are on their way!
If you do not receive all of your crystals within the expected delivery time, please send a quick message to our client desk team.
Of course! Customer happiness is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will be always here to make issues right. We offer a 60-days money guarantee for all orders placed through our website.
Simply send us an email including the order number, the reason for return, and photo/video if it's damaged, or wrong. Then, we'll send you step-by-step instructions about our returning process. No worries, the steps are not complicated or time-consuming!
As soon as we receive your return package(s), we'll initiate a refund of the total price of your returned products. It takes up to 2-5 business days for performing controls. We will send you a confirmation email on the return process.
